Construction
From ground-up construction to simple upgrades, our construction division can design and build to your specifications. Complete gasoline/diesel/biofuels dispensing facilities, tank installation, tank removal, dispenser replacement, repipes and secondary containment are just a few of the areas in which we specialize. If you need to upgrade, we can show you cost effective ways to integrate new equipment into your existing facility.
Service/Maintenance
Downtime costs you money, and annoys your customers. Jenal service technicians are equipped and capable to respond to all types of maintenance and repair calls. Our service techs are factory certified by Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Red Jacket, F.E. Petro, Healy, Phil-Tite, OPW, Gasboy, Blue Line, FuelMaster and numerous other manufacturers. Our technicians also maintain International Code Council (ICC) Certifications in multiple areas along with being API certified.
Our large inventory of repair parts and components on our fleet of service vehicles means that we can get it fixed for you on the first site visit in all but the most unusual cases.
Compliance/Testing
California has the most complex and extensive compliance requirements for fueling facilities of any State. Compliance with the various regulations and regulatory agencies can be a daunting task. Jenal makes your compliance simple. We survey your site's compliance requirements and develop a detailed testing and compliance schedule. Then, when you are approaching a due date, we contact you and remind you of the upcoming testing requirement. We schedule and make all required notificaitons to regulatory agencies. We perform the testing at reasonable prices. We submit all testing data to the agencies and provide you a copy for your records.
California Designated Operator
Jenal also provides D.O. services for underground storage tank facilities. In addition, we perform Flow Rate testing, Quarterly Healy inspections, and other periodic inspections as required by the State and local agencies.

Whether your tanks are underground, or above, there are likely compliance issues you should be aware of. In the case of above ground tanks, some important ones to consider today are: Above Ground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) requirements, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC), and Standing Loss Controls (SLC). We have experience and can help you with each of these.
